Candidates must attend all scheduled classes.
Candidates must arrive on time for classes.
Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared by the institute.
Candidate is not allowed to share the following things with anyone.
If the candidate does violate , then the candidate will be fined Rs-1,00,000/- & police case.
Respect towards the instructor is mandatory during all class sessions. This includes refraining from any behavior that disrupts the class or causes distraction to others, such as making inappropriate comments, using disrespectful language, or engaging in any form of bullying or harassment. Candidates are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor, and to ask for clarification if needed. Any violation of this rule will result in disciplinary action, which may include a warning, suspension, or termination of access to the class, depending on the severity of the offense. This rule is in place to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for all candidates.
Only registered candidates are allowed in the class. No outsider with a registered candidate is allowed.
If the candidate carries any expensive item like a mobile, laptop, camera, or ornament, the candidate is solely responsible for its safety.
The candidate is not allowed to smoke or drink in the institute premises.
The candidate is not allowed to carry any offensive or restricted item in the institute premises. If found, candidates will be punished or restricted from entering the institute premises.
Candidates must behave in a respectful manner towards fellow candidates, faculty, and staff of the Institute. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
If the candidate misbehaves with the trainer, staff, or other candidate, then the candidate will be fined Rs-10000/- & police case. If the candidate becomes physical with anyone, then the candidate will be fined Rs-50,000/- & a police case will be registered against the candidate.
The candidate must maintain the decorum of the institute. If a candidate causes physical damage to institute property, the candidate will be fined (charges depend on the property).
Recording of class is strictly prohibited by the candidate. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/- & police case. This includes both audio and video recordings of the class, as well as screenshots or any other form of capture. The fine will be imposed on the individual who made the recording or shared it with others, and will be collected by the institute. This rule is in place to protect the privacy of all participants and to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
Once a candidate gets registered in any course, the course cannot be changed or adjusted with any other course and the course cannot be transferred to any other candidate.
The Registration fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable in any circumstances. The Course fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
The candidate needs to make a one-time payment for the course fee. In case a candidate wants to deposit in parts, an additional charge of 10% of the course fee will be applied. Candidates must pay the fees on time.
If the candidate payment cheque bounces, the pertaining bank charges will be paid by the candidate.
Institute issues study material to the registered candidate after the complete payment of the course fee. If the candidate wants the study material via courier, then the candidate needs to pay the courier charges. In case the candidate wants the study material again, then the candidate has to pay again for the study material.
Institute issues course completion certificate after the course completion. If the candidate wants to receive the certificate via courier, then the candidate needs to pay the courier charges.
In case the candidate wants the certificate again, then the candidate has to pay Rs. 200/- again for the certificate.
The institute reserves the right to postpone the batch starting Date, and merge the batch into another batch. The institute reserves the right to pause, resume, and stop the batch without any confirmation from registered candidates.

The institute reserves the right to cancel the class for a day or more than one day of the existing running batch. The candidate must carry an ID card to enter the classroom. If a candidate lost the ID card, then the candidate has to pay Rs. 200/- again for the ID card.
If the candidate wants the revision or backup of any topic, then the candidate has to inform the institute by filling a Revision Form. After that institute will provide the suitable date & timing for that topic in the running batch.
The institute reserves the right to provide the batch to the candidate for revision or backup. Candidates can not force a particular batch. Candidates can not ask for the video lectures.
